October 2024 Newsletter

Look at us, getting the monthly newsletter out in a timely fashion for once :)
Here's what we got up to throughout October...
Neighborly Sorts
We did our rounds as the neighborhood farmers; our neighbor formerly known as "Hardhat" saved the day; and Kevin took a few lives to boost his chances of getting formally put on the lease for our apartment ;)
Progress, Pumpkins, and a Party
Taylor turned 20! And she and Ahlina are trying their hands at full-fledged grownuphood. We joined Kelly, Steve, and the girls at the pumpkin patch and celebrated Hannah's second birthday :)
The End of an Era
Karma finally came knocking for our non-neighbor neighbor "Cherkoff." Our summer garden came to an end. Steve began the final year of his thirties. (And, what about Mark and Paul? You'll just have to read and find out.)
A Date for Riley, A Date for Us
Riley and Taaro had another date! And Kevin and Athennia used their free afternoon to go hiking at Playwicki Park.
Happy Holloween
We went hiking at Dark Hollow. "The Club" made an appearance after a 25-year hiatus. And it seems Riley was craving lasagna for Halloween dinner.
That closes out October. We hope everyone else has been enjoying the perpetual July temperatures as much as Athennia has, and that everyone has a phenomenal Halloween night tonight!
