Ingredients
- 2+ chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2+ cups sour cream
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions
- Puree all ingredients until smooth and uniformly blended.
- Drizzle over tacos, nachos, and tex-mex-themed salads; or serve as a dip with vegetables, chips, pretzels, et cetera.
Notes
- Heat Level: Adjust the spiciness as needed, adding additional chipotle peppers for more heat, or more sour cream for less heat.
