March 2023 Newsletter
Hey everyone!
We're not going to lie: March was a pretty bumpy ride with a few more ups and downs than we would've preferred. But, we made the best of it and have emerged happy, healthy, and as full of life as ever!
We're taking a gamble and sending this out a day early—which means there's a low but nonzero chance that we might stumble upon a huge dionysian party tomorrow night; but, you won't get to see the photos of Riley downing five back-to-back jagerbombs and backflipping off of some guy's balcony onto a Tesla until the April newsletter an entire month from now :(
In the meantime, here are the rest of our March tales to date, in all their agonizing and ecstatic glory...
In Like a Lion...

March comes in with full leonine force as we kick off the month by essentially "quitting" Athennia's family for awhile. Meanwhile, Kevin's family lures us in with pizza and cake as we celebrate his mom's birthday.
The Ides of March

As we wait for the dust to settle on Athennia's family situation, Riley spends a week brooding over missing her sister. Also, Athennia gets interested in privacy, and we venture into Trenton and live to tell about it!
Counterbalance, Countermarch

Kevin continues battling noisy neighbors and commits a minor faux pas by accidentally allowing Riley a glimpse at his calendar. On a brighter note, fears of encountering Buttcrack Billy at IHOP turn out to be groundless.
Through a Hollow, Darkly

We go outside for the first time in 3,000 years to spend a few hours hiking before promptly replacing all the calories we just burned.
That's it for March. There were some dark patches, but we were able to end the month in the sun, and we're looking forward to April. :)
See everyone again in a month!
Cheers,
Kevin & Athennia & Riley & Taylor
